What happens if a campaign is cancelled?
Our escrow protection ensures that if a brand cancels after you've started work, you may be eligible for a kill-fee based on our terms. If a creator fails to deliver, the brand is refunded 100%.
How are M-Pesa fees handled?
We cover the standard B2B M-Pesa transaction fees. Standard withdrawal fees applied by Safaricom for P2P transfers may still apply depending on your account type.
